Dedication of the Heʻeia National Estuarine Research Reserve

On Saturday August 26th, 2017, civic club members, scientists, political figures, and the community gathered in Heʻeia the site of Kakʻo ʻOiwi for the dedication of the NERRS Program. A remarkable morning marking a great effort, the start of new relationships, and the beginning of a new chapter in Koʻolaupoko!
